Most of my software projects started from chance meetings where I had been asked, ‘Could you do something to help us easlily *********’.
Wether it was print safety documents, calculate wages for absences and covers, provide a shift rota, organise our bookings, provide a web site for a charity, etc., etc.
So from a simple idea I would create a basic prototype..
Given the prototype it would then be extended and used and eventually become a complete usable app that increased efficiency.
